Field Inspector Training
What is a Field Inspector and the specific job
training?
Rising foreclosures, bankruptcies and white collar
crime have created an ever-increasing demand for Field
Inspectors who provide vital information by being the
eyes and ears in the field.
A Field Inspector provides a visual inspection
of property or other collateral such as heavy equipment,
computers, RV’s, boats, and other business related items.
These inspections are usually required by a financial
institution (bank, credit union, mortgage lender or
insurance company) to finalize or update a particular
business transaction.
Example: A bank wants verification of model and serial
numbers on collateral equipment that has been financed
by a business. Inspections must be completed in person
and on site in order to give accurate and detailed descriptions
of the equipment at the given location.
Work part-time or full time as an independent contractor
A Field Inspector can work for several companies
in this capacity doing a variety of inspections. As
an independent contractor, the inspector is the
Outsourcing Solution that helps financial institutions
maintain a flexible and boundless work force.
Training will provide the necessary skills to make
YOU The Outsource Solution. You may work part-time to
earn supplemental income or full time, because you will
set your own schedule.
